Joined Fnbox in 2004 and served as as CFO for 10 years. I'm currently COO and Member of the Board. My daily responsibilities now include M&A, Strategic Biz Dev, Administration, Budgeting & Forecasting, Corporate Legal matters, HR and International Operations & Expansion.
During my 10 years at the Company, I have raised over $7MM of venture funding, completed a successful corporate restructure including 10 corporations in 6 countries, completed the acquisition of Cuponica.com, Clickae.com and Cupoint.com, and completed the sale of Sonico.com to Match/IAC and Cuponica's operations in Argentina.
