About
I am responsible for the optimization of process parameters; emergency handling & trouble shooting of plant problems; management of plant shutdowns, startups & annual turnarounds; execution of catalyst replacement and activation jobs. Other than that, to hand over the equipment for maintenance in a safe condition and co-ordinate between various maintenance departments as well as insure safe and economical plant operation. Preparation of incident investigation, root-cause analysis reports of production loss incidents.
