Currently studying for a career in the IT industry, after 15 years working as a manager in the carpet industry. Studying for a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing/IT through the Open University, which allows me to fit my studies around my other commitments.
Currently the IT administrator for a retailer with 17 sites, managing the infrastructure and equipment across all locations. Redesigned the company website, making it more coherent and relevant, and in doing so increased traffic to their site. Creating graphics and flashes for use not only on the website, but on the company's Facebook and Twitter pages, to promote current offers and deals.
