1. Handle & control the All Project : budget cost , quality, and scedule ( civil, interior, furniture, ME, Sign, Equitment, etc.
2. Coordinator in project for Departement Purcasing, Marketing, Finance, IT until restoran ready opening.
3. Handle & control budget for maitenance management and aset management
4. Meeting with landloard for negotiable.
5. Meeting with All Contractor every week to monitor progres.
6. Cheking and aproved shop drawing from contractor.
7. Problem solving if is any problem during contruction.
8. Making defect list during contruction for repair by contractor.
