Mr. Ilhan is the President and CEO of Aldridge Minerals, Inc., a Canadian mining company (TSX-V : AGM), with an advance development phase Yenipazar Polymetallic Project in Turkey. Mr. Ilhan held the position of Vice President of Projects and Country Manager – Turkey, at Alamos Gold Inc. from 2011 to 2014.
