The Los Altos Community Foundation (LACF) serves the communities of Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, and surrounding areas through community building activities. The LACF focuses on grant making, managed and sponsored programs, philanthropic fund management, and convening the community. It supports initiatives like LEAD, LAMP, Los Altos Prepare, and others. Over the past two decades, the LACF has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants and helped preserve historic assets and sponsor risky but important community programs.
