Toshiharu Harada is a senior technical consultant at NTT DATA INTELLILINK Corporation, in Japan. He has been a manager of R&D division at NTT DATA Corporation, one of the largest system integration companies in the country. Since 1991 to 1992, He had been a visiting engineer at Athena MUSE consortium at MIT. He was the only Japanese in the project and did localize Athen MUSE to handle Japanese.
