I am an Agricultural Engineer with seven years of professional experience as an expert in water resources. During these years, i have designed, evaluated and implemented water infrastructure projects in the framework of the National System of Public Investment in Peru. I have recently concluded a master programme in Hydrology and Water Engineering in the Institute of Water Education of the Unesco, based in Delft, the Netherlands.
