I am living my passion as an Scrum.org Trainer and Coach at Practice Agile. I take immense pride in the successful Agile adoptions that I have led for large global organizations like Bank of America, Sabre Travels, BookMyShow, EMC Corporation, Tesco.com, and RSA.
Having practiced hands-on scaled agile for many years, now I have come to the conclusion that there are no standard agile practices that will meet needs of all the organizations.
