My major (research) interests concern changing patterns of communication and interaction through means of digitalization in societies, markets, businesses and other organizations, as well as on the level of individuals. Thus, I am interested in the increasing importance of ‘information’ and its impact, for example, on value creation which includes fields like Electronic Markets and all flavors of Electronic Commerce and Business.
