In 2008, Tina joined the team at HealthCARE Express, a group of urgent care centers headquartered in Texarkana, Texas, to lead the development of their marketing program. She quickly learned there were few marketing resources available unique to the urgent care industry, and with the help of her business partner and owner of HealthCARE Express, she cofounded Urgent Care Management Monthly in the fall of 2010 to help provide these resources to others in the industry. Since then, the publication has grown to include a bi-annual conference, the Urgent Care Success Summit, and several on-line classes, books, and other resources.
