Heather Dalal holds a MLIS from Rutgers University (2002) and a MEd in Instructional Design from University of Massachusetts, Boston (2011). In September 2012, she started her role at Rider University (Lawrenceville, NJ) where she is tasked with instruction and reaching distance learners using emerging technologies. She has creates tutorials, libguides, and promotional videos (known as the Guardians of the Library and the Rider Libraries Minutes).
