Colonel Scot Heathman is currently a graduate student at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, RI. Prior to attending school, Scot served as Division Chief, Senior Leader Management for Headquarters Air Mobility Command (AMC), Scott Air Force Base, IL. In this leadership role, he served as the personal advisor to the Commander of AMC, 18th Air Force and the Expeditionary Center on all Senior Officer, Civilian and Chief Master Sergeant matters. He developed and directed AMC鈥檚 plan for the O-6 Command Screening Board and Gameplan assignment process for over 500 senior leaders.
