4GENE is currently a funded project at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and is a part of the EXIST Technology Transfer Program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi). The 4GENE team has been working on its products for an impressive three years. We are aiming to spin-off from the university in spring of 2017 and start the operation as an independent small sized enterprise. More importantly, with offices and laboratories in Freising and Stuttgart, we still embrace a tight relationship in research and development with the professorship for biotechnology of natural products at TUM.
