Heike works as a Design Strategist in SAP鈥檚 Design & Co-Innovation Center (DCC). The DCC supports customer and strategic design projects through co-innovation and Design Thinking. In particular Heike works with her customers in the initial and exploratory stage of a project by helping them first identify the right challenge to solve, discover needs and insights around that before generating ideas and designs.
