I'm a Professor at the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL). My research interests rely on wireless networks, sensors networks, mobile and ad hoc networks, pervasive and ubiquitous computing. In 2010 I received the Microsoft Latin American PhD Fellowship award, and spent the 2010's summer as an intern at the Sensing and Energy Group (SERG) in Microsoft Research, Redmond, USA, supervised by Dr. Jie Liu. In 2011, I worked as a visiting researcher at the University of Ottawa, supervised by the professor Azzedine Boukerche.
