I am an Industrial Engineers with teaching experience for 20 years at Maranatha Christian University Bandung, specialized in Customer Loyalty Research. As a member of Quality Engineering expert group, I have supervised more than 100 student's thesis and publish 15 research papers on quality engineering topics. Moreover, as an owner of Batik Apparel company, I've proved that strong customer loyalty is the core foundation for my business development. And I believe the implementation of the Customer Loyalty program would give a strong basis for the development of any business, whether it is a large corporate or SME's.
