Responsible for Rubrik's EMEA Inside Sales team. The aim: to develop and coach a team which masters building and deploying a scalable, effective and successful Outbound Lead Generation 'Machine' to generate qualified appointments with relevant decision makers. Principles and dynamics of this approach are inspired by what can be found in the "Brain Audit" (Sean D'Souza) and "Predictable Revenue" (Aaron Ross).
