About
Empathetic User Experience designer - I revel in resolving difficult design challenges and putting them in front of end users, particularly where content is undefined; such as system frameworks and international (or multi-market) designs.
Aside from UX Design I am also interested in community activism and am the co-founder of a volunteer engagement non-profit which promotes volunteerism and makes real difference in the lives of the marginalised and vulnerable people in my hometown.
Before moving into UX, I worked as an Account Manager advising consumer brands on their digital PR strategies, a Business Process Improvement Project Manager, as well as a Marketing/Business Advisor.
