Graduated in December 1977 from the Technical University Federico Santa Maria Valpara鱈so, entitled Civil Engineer on December 10, 1982.
In my 35+ years as Civil Engineer, I have worked in different businesses and functions, starting from March 1978:
1. Hydraulic Engineering and Hydrology, working on several studies. These were projects for the Governmental Water Resources Agency related to water availability, underground and superficial, and flood analysis for different river basin in central Chile. At that time I worked for the consulting offices CICA Consulting Engineers and Agua Consulting Engineers.
