I'm Professor of Management and Control Systems at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral, Argentina. I'm Public Accountant (CPA) for the Universidad Cat贸lica Argentina and hold an MBA from IAE Business School and a PhD from IESE Business School, Universidad de Navarra. My research interests are related with incentives systems, innovation and enabling mechanisms of control. I've had experience with both local and multinational organizations in Argentina. Before join IAE I held both financial and marketing positions at pension funds and banks.
