- Serve as part of team providing technical support to Departmental faculty, staff and students. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install software and operating systems; assist customers with wired and wireless network connections, monitor queues and update case requests, computer relocation, prepare equipment for surplus, other duties as assigned.
