I am Hichem FELLOUAT, PhD student in computer science. The doctoral training program I am enrolled in is entitled 鈥淒ata Science and Computing鈥�. The work of my thesis consists to propose an approach of structural and functional analysis of the MRI /fMRI images of the brain using tools based on graph matching with optimize the different algorithms through to mechanisms of parallelization and distribution on high performance computing virtual machines.
