Tips to manage virtual teams.
1. Be sensitive to priority differences among members.
2. Evoke members interest in work, not sense of
obligation or guilt, to grab their attention.
3. Repeat important messages We are creatures
     good at forgetting things!
4. When you praise others, be genuine.
5. Let them know that you are always there for them,
and actually be there but no need to be 24/7.
6. Smile and stay positive, or at least try.
