Traditional Outreach Public must visit the site for information.  No automated notification of new content.  Information is not posted on other sites.  Public cannot comment on the information. Promote activities and workshops via posters, newsletters, handouts, e-mails, and relevant calendars.   No use of social network tools.   Only written form - no audio or video used. 際際滷s presentations are not shared and delivered via the web. Keep a database of contacts for promotion and recruitment.   Attracting new audiences is challenging.
