Worked with SAIL for 25 years at Rourkela, Tensa, Kiriburu-Meghahatuburu, MEL-Chandrapur in Maharashtra. Presently heading HR functions of Paradeep Phosphates Ltd. in its Corporate Office at Bhubaneswar.
