Btw, spent the last 8 years in organized retail (Future Group) where I gained comprehensive exposure to the mgmt of a consumer enterprise in a hyper growth environment - learning about the importance of observing & understanding the consumer to design experiences that drive consumption, category mgmt, creation of brands, managing big teams a multi-unit enterprise (operation of retail stores as well as big box distribution centers).
