Nothing is more frustrating that a "simple and straightforward" service that turns out to be nearly impossible to use or fails you just when you need it! I also struggle between the amusement and despair whenever I see post-fitted help texts - good places to spot those are public toilets, hotels etc. Everyday I find good and encouraging applications around me but also a lot of missing or non-working "solutions".
