- Be responsible for co-creating and implementing the development of new Packaging,systems, packing processes and impovement of existing Packaging.
- Work closely with global (especially Asian) Packaging team for development of innovation, optimization and Value engineering projects.
- Management for 2 plants : Binh Duong and Ha Nam.
