Lam is currently enrolled in the number 1 international MBA program in the world, focusing on Global Management in Entrepreneurship. He is a leader with high analytical and interpersonal skills. Currently, he is working with other Thunderbird students to evaluate the long-term sustainability of private debt so that the Arizona State Retirement System can better allocate their assets under management. In his last positions with Hertz and Findlay Volkswagen, his customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset helped him to drive the company to achieve ground-breaking results.
