An effective teacher recognises that each students' need to feel valued and the role of the teacher is to guide gently. Self-discovery gives opportunity to study what is meaningful in one’s life for both teacher and student. When students generate goals and are given opportunity to input they are connected and the experience of learning is enriched. Teaching provides an outlet for my passion for continual learning.
