I dont have any experiences from formal IT academy. I've learned all technology and programming languages by self-taught.
I have an experiences working on software house / agency and startups and focus on backend development using latest (and bleeding) technologies.
Start from PHP, then Ruby, a little codes with Scala (JVM), and now working using Python and Golang. I'm very interesting with software paradigms (OOP vs Functional?), unit test (but not TDD), software architecture.
Always try to research a new programming languages, like Rust and Ceylon and also for a new tools. I'm very passionate with open source things including culture, like collaboration.
