I received my Ph.D. Degree of Business Administration in December, 2012 from the National Dong-Hwa University, Taiwan. MBA degree (2006) and BA degree (2004) from National I-Lan University, Taiwan. My research interests include WOM Marketing in Virtual Communities, E-commerce (Virtual Community Relationships), Consumer Revenge Behavior. I published several academic papers in SSCI and TSSCI Journals, such as Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking(IF=2.710),The Service Industries Journal(IF=2.579), Journal of e-Business, and so on.
