Hidetoshi joined Dentsu in 1988 after graduating from the University of Tokyo. After 10 years as an Account Executive, he became one of the first digital marketing planners and producers within Dentsu, subsequently expanding his focus into CRM and e-commerce. He also served on the board of several Dentsu group subsidiaries, with a focus on IT venture capital and marketing companies.
Since November of 2009.Hidetoshi has been the president of Dentsu Razorfish, that is the joint venture between Dentsu and the Publicis company.
2 years after Dentsu's acquisition of Aegis, the JV had ended, and rebranded as Dentsu Isobar, that Hidetoshi continues to lead as the president.
