Mr.Hung Tran is a PPP and project finance professional who has more than 15 years advising infrastructure projects and major PPP developments in Vietnam. Hung has acted as a senior advisor to Government of Vietnam which includes MPI, MOF, MOT, MOIT, etc and local authorities on developing PPP legal and regulatory frameworks and executing PPP project transactions. He has also advised private investors on infrastructure project opportunities and transactions in Vietnam. In addition, he has successfully developed and manage many international donor 鈥揻unded PPP support programs to Vietnam.
