Physics, Materials science engineering, device fabrication and advanced characterization. I use FIB, TEM, SEM, AFM, SIMS, RBS, XPS and more other advanced techniques to analyze materials and devices. Such capabilities with my interest in semiconductors, and my background in physics and hands on chemistry helped me a lot to master synthesis and fabrication of many materials and devices including diode, BJT, field-effect transistors, capacitors on a chip and filters. I had experience with Silicon, II-IV and transition-metal dichalcogenides semiconductors. Chemical vapor deposition is the main technique i use currently. I am looking for a job in industry sector where i can use my skills.
