- Position: Main Consultant/ Plant Maintenance Leader of CSC Viet Nam
- Implement PM module in SAP system to HAGL Group with 42 vertical Company codes, 4 Industries: Mining, Power, Plantation, Real Estate. Follow ASAP methology throught 5 phases:
+ Project Preparation phase: Overview training for core users about SAP; get the requirement and release Organization Structure, Plant, Storage Location. Get the customer’s sign off.
+ Business Blueprint phase: get, analyse requirement and consulting about Plant Maintenance business process and reports, forms. Write document, solution chart, FIT/GAP. Get the customer’s sign off.
