I study Microbiology but after seven years of discovering myself I found my passion in HR field. I am very interesting to help other people achieve their goals. I learned HR basics online since their is not specific institutions or faculties in such field. I've been working as Human Resources specialist as freelance to small companies and startups for two years and still learning. My key strengths is in Training, Interviewing and Ranking System Designing. I always like to share my experience to anyone who wants to learn.
