I am an academic member in the department of medical education in faculty of medicine in KSAU-HS. I am awarded a scholarship so I am currently a PhD candidate in the University of Calgary.
My interests include Simulation Based Medical Education (SBME) , Total Quality in ME, Conformity in ME and ME Research.
My PhD thesis is titled " Assessment of Conformity: Instrument Development and Multi-Step Validity Study".
My candidacy exam addressed 3 areas:
* The role of debriefing in SBME
* Implications of conformity in ME
* Reliability and validity in measurements.
My MHPE thesis is titled "Curriculum Committee Members鈥� Perceptions on factors influencing The Use of Evaluation Data in imp.
