I am very passionate about making change and improving personally and professionally. I have come from 12 years in the printing industry as a tradesman to training and consulting with organisations to share my experience and offer solutions to enable employers and employees to take the next step in achieving their goals. I see every problem as an opportunity to improve and take a very holistic approach into improvements. After all, their is no point fixing one problem and creating another. I have a clear vision/purpose to make a difference in this world and I try empowering others to do the same.
