I am a senior chartered accountant with deep experience as an international CFO, commercial and advisory partner and NED.
My core strength is growth-oriented value creation in quoted, private equity and owner-managed businesses through commercial and financial expertise, M&As (45+ transactions) and other corporate transactions. Most recently, as CFO, I steered a UK quoted group from IPO through its first acquisitions (three US businesses), equity & debt fundraisings and post-acquisition integration, systems and governance build.
