Dubai is the largest city and main economic center of the United Arab Emirates located in the eastern Arabian Peninsula. The population of Dubai was over 1.4 million in 2006, with Asians, especially Indians, making up the largest percentage of expatriates. Some of Dubai's most famous attractions that have contributed to its growth include the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, and the ultra-luxury Burj Al Arab hotel.
