My expert passion here lies in developing, adapting, and validating psychological assessments. As a lecturer at Faculty of Psychology Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), I live out a mentorship-based teaching philosophy by helping students grow academically and professionally. And more than lesson-planning, effective education involves constantly creating and facilitating research.
