I work with social change leaders, groups and networks as a consultant and coach on a range of organizational effectiveness and design projects.
Before becoming a consultant, I spent almost 20 years honing my management skills as Executive Director of the Tides Foundation and Vice President of the Ms. Foundation. During that time I also co-authored a book, Mother Daughter Revolution. Earlier in my career, I was a civil rights lawyer.
I serve as board chair of the Rockwood Leadership Institute and on the boards of the NDWA, Interaction Institute for Social Change, MamaCash, a Dutch-based international women鈥檚 foundation, and Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance.
