A mathematician turned to data science and bioinformatics, coming from an entrepreneurial family. An analytical mind with strong attention to details, who writes elegant scripts checking for all possible cases. Working with NGS data since 2008 (algorithm development, data analysis, machine learning, data processing). Happy to learn new machine learning and statistical methods and capable of doing it autonomously. Bioinformatics: bacterial and human NGS data, metagenomics, precision medicine, antibiotic resistance. I also did some research involving mathematical and statistical modelling for biology (PDEs modelling, optimal control, feature design).
