I Jen Chiang served as Director of Lab in a multinational e-Commerce company and General Manager of its Taiwan brance. He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of a major Online Stock Quote company in 1997 and acquired by GiGaMedia in 2000. He served as Vice President of Taiwan Listing companies – Yuanta Securities Group. In 2001 He founded Index Software in California started to develop data mining, text/web mining and comparative shopping engine. I Jen Chiang was educated in Taiwan and the United States, holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering.
