In the 'Modernisation and Safety Improvements of the Road Network in Ukraine' EIB Technical Assistance Project I have produced:
- draft of Road Safety Audit Manual for Ukraine,
- draft of Law and By-Laws for RISM procedure approval and implementation in Ukraine,
- Basic Road Safety Training Course prepared and held,
- recomentations for a new collecting data (CADaS procedures were implemented) and crash database and analysis software.
I held training courses for road engineers from Republic of Moldova for follow themes: Human Factors in Road Safety, Safe working on roads, Design safety problems and countermeasures, Road safety and black spots management.
