There is nothing wrong with me,
Just because I'm blind.
The world isn't dark to me,
There is still light to find.
There is nothing wrong with me,
I wish the world could see.
I would be the same person,
If vision was still a part of me.
I still have talents and a personality,
I'm not different, I have integrity.
I can do anything that you can,
One day, I'll have kids and a man.
There's nothing different about us two,
Just that you have the vision that I use to.
Don't put me down a class,
Don't look through me as though I was glass.
God has given me plenty to be thankful for,
I have faith and grattitude, and plenty more.
Who I am, I will be,
With or without vision, there is a life for me.:)
