I work at the intersection of visual analytics and product life cycle assessment (LCA) to develop tools that support designers to visualize environmental impact of their decisions. My research involves identifying the gaps in existing LCA tools through an interdisciplinary lens of Engineering Design, Human Computer Interaction, Environmental Chemistry, and Toxicology, Information Visualization 鈥搖sing this lens I intend to develop visual narratives that aid designers to make sense of environmental interaction of products like LCA practitioners do.
