Mr. Io Martin Guballa is the lead agriculture microfinance consultant for PFTAS. He has more than 15 years of experience in microfinance, and rural and agricultural development. His recent engagements highlight program development of financial and non-financial interventions for farmer outreach of microfinance institutions operating in different regions of the Philippines.
Prior to joining PFTAS, he also has been extensively involved in other financial inclusion efforts such as social performance management, farmers鈥� financial literacy, value chain development, mobile banking for the poor, and other technical assistance to MFIs.
